Though we advertise properties for sale on this site - 500ToList.com is NOT a real estate brokerage, however the principal behind this site and company IS a licensed real estate broker and owner of Advangtage Partners, LLC Realty located in Wichita, KS. As such - this sites acts much like any other For Sale By Owner (FSBO) website or newspaper classifieds section would on behalf of property owners and other real estate agents/brokers.

We simply offer advance training and technology with a unique set of tools to our network of licensed brokers and agents that will help our sellers and our customers get more from a traditional real estate listing service - for less. As we are located in Kansas and Colorado, we can not guarantee any information you read here is legal or accepted in other states - however we do have a long list of brokers around the country willing to help you should you decide to list or buy a home that you see listed on our site.
